Spring Has Arrived at Naked Farmer: A Celebration of Local Harvests
Spring is here, and at Naked Farmer, that means one thing: a fresh new menu built around the best ingredients from local farms. Our mission has always been simple—cook and serve real food, sourced from nearby growers who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and flavor.
This season, we’re spotlighting Florida’s rich farmland and beyond, bringing in fresh ingredients from some of the best farms in the Southeast. Here’s what you can expect on your plate:
🥬 Farm-Fresh Greens & Vegetables
From B&W Quality Growers (Fellsmere, FL) baby arugula to RC Hatton (Pahokee, FL) green beans and cabbage, every bite of our spring menu is packed with vibrant, locally-grown produce. We’re also bringing in Smith’s Farm (Hastings, FL) broccoli and Mack Farms (Lake Wales, FL) baby Yukon potatoes to add hearty, seasonal depth to our dishes.
🍅 Peak-Season Tomatoes & Sweet Potatoes
Spring is tomato season in Florida, and we’re featuring Lipman Family Farms (Immokalee, FL) for the ripest, juiciest picks. Sweet potatoes from Nash’s Produce (Nashville, NC) and Spring Acres (Spring Hope, NC) bring natural sweetness and nourishment to the table.
🍗 Sustainably-Raised Proteins
We’re proud to serve Springer Mountain (GA) chicken and House of Raeford (NC) chicken thighs, both raised with care and integrity. Plus, Dakin Dairy (Myakka City, FL) provides the creamy whole milk and heavy cream that make our dishes rich and satisfying.
🍓 Seasonal Favorites & Local Specialties
No spring menu is complete without Wish Farms (Plant City, FL) strawberries, bursting with natural sweetness. Pair that with handcrafted Dicuru Mozzarella (Orlando, FL) burrata cheese and a drizzle of Natalie’s Orchid (Fort Pierce, FL) lemon juice, and you’ve got a true taste of the season.
🌱 A Menu That Reflects the Land
We believe in cooking food that tells the story of the farms and farmers behind it. That means every ingredient on our menu is thoughtfully sourced, supporting real growers across Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas.
Come taste the spring harvest at Naked Farmer, where every meal is made with ingredients that are fresh, local, and real.
